Hello fellow ForceDo-ers,

Our goal was to create an easy to use to-do system yet dynamic enough to interact with the user. The problem of a standard to-do is that you just fill your task list and there's no accountability. At first you are happy and get right to work on your to-do list. Once you get tired or have something "better" to-do; you procrastinate, you forget about the tasks and live your life on auto pilot. ForceDo will move you from passive to active mode; you set a dead line and start the countdown. You can track your performance against the timer you set.

Key benefits
  • ForceDo helps you concentrate
  • ForceDo helps you get more things done in less time
  • ForceDo helps you to beat procrastination
  • ForceDo helps you measure your time
  • ForceDo is free!

In Essence ForceDo makes you more productive!

How Do I Get Started?

The first thing to do is sign up. Then the key is to split a BIG task into smaller tasks. After that you need to assign priorities and set the (estimated) time you think it will take.
Let's say you have a task: "Write a bog article". You may have the plan and outline in your head about the article, you simply start writing. That's OK, but if you are a perfectionist you may write the article for 5 hours or never get it ready to publish.

If you are a student and want to "prepare for the history test" you should split the "preparing" task into more smaller parts like:

Add a deadline so you know how much time you have left and you're off and running.

Who can benefit from ForceDo?

ForceDo is for everyone. Although the whole system is online, you don't have to sit in front of your pc to do the task, you can start the timer walk away. The timer is still running. ForceDo is perfect for web workers, software developers, for anyone that uses the internet most of the time. Students can plan their assignments and other important tasks; young couples can plan their wedding, a birthday party, a blog post, or anything else that you need to get done. You can also use ForceDo without using the timer as a normal task list.

It's the beginning of a productive journey
